The process

From scrap pile to spec-grade fuel

Every tire we take in follows the same controlled path — traceable, clean, and built around a consistent end product.

    We pick up scrap tires from auto shops, fleets, and municipal depots across the Fraser Valley on a scheduled route.

  2. 02 Shred

    Tires are fed through industrial shredders that reduce them into uniform chips sized to buyer specification.

  3. 03 Screen & clean

    Liberated steel wire is magnetically separated and the rubber is screened for a clean, consistent product.

  4. 04 Deliver as TDF

    Spec-grade tire-derived fuel is graded, baled, and delivered to cement kilns, mills, and energy facilities.
